I haven’t heard guitar work like this since Quicksand’s Slip – one of the best albums of the '90s. While everyone else is detuning their axes, Stereotyperider leaves the strings tight and sets the place on fire with limber noodling and boatloads of hooks. On par with the 90’s vibe, the vocal delivery could be described as a gritty Knapsack meets Seaweed. In other words, it’s kinda indie but still really rocks. Songs in the Keys of F and U might just be the best album that should have been recorded in 1994.
