RollerCon 2009

You think Las Vegas in summer is already hot? Just wait till hundreds of rollergirls from across the country descend on Sin City for scrimmages, partying and a whole lot more. RollerCon '09 is the fifth annual "meeting of the wheels" in Las Vegas, Nev. As usual, this year's RollerCon will be presided over by Ivanna S. Pankin and includes an array of activities, including workshops and roundtables, challenge bouts, a skatepark tour, off and on-skates athletic training, social events, and more. Even skill level is welcome - from newbies to seasoned and scarred veterans. There's even fun stuff for referees and productioneers. At night, there will be live music at the Double Down Saloon and the streets will be filled with skaters. It's going to be five days of hell raising roller derby mayhem.
