Ouch! That stings! Words can hurt, you know.

I thought I was being very gentle and diplomatic and all that stuff. I'm not "pointing fingers". It's a simple fact. I could very easily have been much nastier. But everyone who really needs to know the details already knows them.

I know you want to defend your teammate, but any skater behaving like that should have been suspended, at the very least! But since it was the last jam of the game, she didn't even get so much as a minute in the box.

I'm actually more upset at the officials who failed to follow through, thus let her get away with it scott-free on a technicality. But as far as I've heard, she hasn't even gotten so much as a footnote on her record about it. Nothing more than a run-of-the-mill major penalty, and since 3.0 came out, those are a dime a dozen.

Those are the plain and simple facts and I'll leave it at that, unless you want to try to make some excuses for what she did.
